Semillas de Salvación (Seeds of Salvation)
“Planting Seeds of Salvation
Every Christmas”
Misión Kids works through volunteers who give their time and creativity all year long, recycling, cutting, and designing beautiful Christmas ornaments that we call SEEDS.
This year-round project is present at every one of our events.
Every time someone buys one of these ornaments, they are giving a seed that sponsors a Christmas gift for a child in a place of need somewhere in the world.
Pinkcesas de Jean
Affirming girls' self-worth:
“You Are Special”
The “Pinkcesas de Jean” project creates products for girls (little purses, headbands, hair clips, dolls, and accessories) to raise funds that help us bring a loving embrace from God to the hearts of girls around the world.
The Story of Pinkcesas de Jean
This project was born from the need to help raise the worth and self-esteem of girls around the world — girls born into sexist and discriminatory cultures. Around the world there is a recurring pattern of abuse toward women and contempt for girls from the moment they are born, because several cultures consider women inferior or without value in society.
This project's slogan is “You are Special,” and we began it in India. Below we share the testimony of those who serve on the mission field in this culture:
“India is a very complex society. The caste system is ancient and divides society, leaving the poorest completely marginalized and discriminated against. Within this already deep discrimination, women hold the lowest positions and have no value in India's social system. Reports of abuse and rape against women are so common and normal that they become ‘acceptable’ behavior within this culture. Girls grow up without knowledge in every area, without protection or guidance; most topics here are taboo, and there is no access to information or education. The poorest castes are called ‘the untouchables’ — no one comes near them or cares about them.”
Testimonies like this reflect the harsh reality of girls in India and in other parts of the world. This stirs in our hearts the desire to do something to bring God's love and build girls' self-worth, teaching them that they are a wonderful creation of God and that in Him they have great value. Through special classes, celebrations full of love and care, and donated resources to meet their needs, we show them the good plan, purpose, and future God has for them.
By purchasing these products, we can keep helping missionaries and church programs that focus on helping girls facing these challenges.
Mochilatón
A personal touch that makes an impact.
“Sending Backpacks Around the World”
When you buy a backpack from MK, a child somewhere in the world receives a birthday gift. Thank you for being part of the miracle for a child in need!
Through Mochilatón we can accomplish the following:
1. Christmas gifts:
Christmas is a special and strategic time to bring Jesus into children's hearts.
Each backpack purchase sponsors the gifts that go inside it (toys, a Bible storybook, clothing, snacks, school supplies, or personal hygiene items). The idea is to send the backpacks and the financial sponsorship so that, through missionaries who travel to areas of need or through churches with limited resources, we help make it possible for children to receive a Christmas gift.
2. Breakfasts and lunches:
Likewise, when you purchase a backpack, you can sponsor breakfast or lunch for children in areas affected by violence or financial hardship.
Thanks to your support, we have been able to sponsor breakfasts for children in DR Congo and lunches in children's meal programs in Central America.

Through the sale of the “Mochilas de Jean” (denim backpacks), we also sponsor children's meal programs so that children from low-income families can have a cake and receive a birthday gift on their special day.
Every time you purchase a “Mochila de Jean,” your financial help allows us to send a monthly sponsorship so the ministries can celebrate and do something special for each child. The sponsorship helps fill the backpack with toys, clothing, school supplies, and personal hygiene items.
Our desire is for children to feel loved and remembered on their special day.
